Contemporary Air Systems, Inc. uses a flat rate pricing system because it enables us to provide you a firm quote for the cost of heating and/or cooling system repairs.
You should NEVER have to pay the price for slow service, but that is often the case with heating and cooling contractors who charge by the hour instead of the job. Because we use a flat rate pricing system, you never pay an exaggerated hourly rate or for run-around time for parts and materials. You are simply charged one flat rate for any particular job.
